1. Who we are

Friendship Enders (friendshipenders.com) is run by Dudney Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].

By playing or using the site you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use Friendship Enders. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to make a purchase.

3. Accounts

You can play without an account. To buy diamonds, and to keep what you buy and the coins you earn, you sign in with your Google or Discord account. You are responsible for what happens on your account, so keep the Google and Discord accounts you sign in with secure. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

4. Coins, diamonds and purchases

• Diamonds are bought. Coins are earned by playing and can't be bought. Both are virtual items for use only on Friendship Enders. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money or anything outside the site.
• Coins, diamonds and items are tied to your account. They can't be transferred, sold or traded to anyone else.
• Our game servers count the coins you earn. We may remove coins earned by cheating or by abusing the games, such as playing against your own second account, and we may change how many coins things earn or cost.
• What you can buy includes skins for yourself and prank skins to use on your opponent.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay.
• The store is open only to people in the United States for now. Anyone can play.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

We may add, change or retire games and items over time.

5. Names and fair play

You choose your own player name and game names. They must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening or harassing, must not pretend to be someone else, and must not include anyone's personal information. We may remove or change names, and close games, without notice.

Don't cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or modified game clients, overload or attack our servers, harass other players, or try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours. Pranks are part of the fun, but we choose what they contain.

6. Our games

The games, art, music and code belong to Dudney Ventures LLC or the people who license them to us. You may play them on this site. Please don't copy, resell or reverse engineer them. You're welcome to record, stream and share videos of your games.

7. The service is provided as is

We work hard to keep the games running, but they are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the site will always be available or free of bugs, or that names, progress or game results will never be lost.

To the extent the law allows, Dudney Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Friendship Enders after a change, the new terms apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
