Refund Policy

This policy covers diamond purchases on Friendship Enders (friendshipenders.com), which is run by Dudney Ventures LLC. Coins are earned by playing, not bought, so there is nothing to refund for them, and a refund never takes away coins.

Unspent diamonds: refundable for 14 days

Within 14 days of a purchase, you can get a refund for diamonds from that purchase that you haven't spent. If you've spent some of the diamonds in a pack, we refund the rest at the price you paid per diamond. The refunded diamonds are removed from your balance.

Spent diamonds: not refundable

Once diamonds are spent on an item, those diamonds and the item can't be refunded.

Refunds end ad-free

If a purchase made your account ad-free, a refund of that purchase, full or partial, ends it, unless you have another purchase that hasn't been refunded.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and tell us roughly when you bought the diamonds. We refund to your original payment method through Stripe; your bank may take a few days to show it.

If something went wrong with a payment, please email us before disputing the charge with your bank. We're happy to help.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy takes away any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
